Sorry friends for the delay!
While we were up at Sunpeaks, Diane and I made gnocchi.
It was really good. But the consensus was that it was a lot of work for an alright result. The sauces that we put on them ( a tomato sauce and a white sauce with Gorgonzola) was the best part, and it would have been just as good with pasta.
I am glad we made them though, it was a good experience. Diane even had a real Gnocchi board to use!
