Killer Artichoke Dip

A great low-ER fat artichoke dip with a lot of freedom to skip, substitute and add ingredients.
Even if you don't like artichoke dip, you will fall in love with this, hence the "killer".
My aunt who hates that dip, loves this one!


INGREDIENTS:
1 - 8 ounce pack of low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup of light mayonnaise
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated part skim mozzarella
3 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
black pepper
pinch o' cayenne pepper
1 - 12 ounce jar of artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 small onion, diced

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350'.
Place cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Parmesan and garlic in a food processor.Puree until all ingredients are combined.
Add the mozzarella, black pepper, and cayenne pepper pulsing until just combined.
Add the artichoke hearts and pulse once again until combined.
Transfer into a bowl and stir in onion.
Bake in a 9 inch dish for 40-45 minutes, until bubbly and browned.

Serve immediately.
